

Fruit storage in cold rooms
The company offers fruit storage services in high quality refrigerators. The total storage capacity is 700 tons. Long-term storage of vegetables and fruit, immediately after their harvest. Cold storage with controlled atmosphere is carried out within the industrial cold and commercial cold area, with changes in storage conditions, controlling the temperature, humidity, and composition of the atmosphere in the cold store (cold stores, production areas, storage, packaging areas, SAS areas). To ensure that vegetables and fruit are consumed throughout the year, they must be stored, preserved, and packed.
Harvested products shall continue during the storage of a number of metabolic processes, namely:
Breathing, maturation, curing, etc. Storage conditions vary from product to product and deposits are designed with these needs in mind. The fruits breathe; they absorb oxygen and eliminate carbon dioxide, thus continuing their natural baking and aging process. The long-term storage of fruit involves slowing down these ripening and maturing processes, thus preserving the flavor and quality of the products. In fact, altering is postponed by changing the atmospheric conditions in the warehouse to reduce the breathing process of the fruit and vegetables.
Fruit drying
Drying them by means of a tunnel-type drying line. Start by removing excess water from fruit and vegetables in such a way that they maintain their nutritional value and main qualities such as taste, flavor, and crunchy status.

Calibration services
The purpose of the calibration is to group the plums according to 2-3 sizes, Calibration makes dehydration very easy. For the prunes to be dehydrated uniformly it is necessary that on the same shuttle and in the same batch there are plums of the same size, degree of maturity, variety, etc. The increased quality is due to the attention we give to each stage of the calibration process.

Rehydration services
The rehydration process is a simple concept to implement but requires special attention to other processes indispensable to the delivery of the final product. After calibration, the fruit passes through a machine intended to wash any impurities which may have an impact on the quality. The actual rehydration process is carried out at a temperature of 90 degrees Celsius. The time to spend the products in these conditions is about one hour. That is to say, the bacteria are destroyed, and the flavor, taste and physical structure of the fruit are improved. Just after that, the fruit is ready for the next stage.


Kernel removal services
Our company offers you the possibility of removing the seeds, quickly, qualitatively and without damaging the physical structure of the fruit. This service is mostly used by customers who have listed fruit drying and calibration orders, i.e. This action is taken at the post-processing plant of goods passed through stage 1, or the drying plant itself. Following the rehydration of the fruit, they reach the kernel removal stage, because the liquid saturation level of the fruit is ~35%, and then the risk of destroying the shape of the product is minimal.
Packaging towels
A great goal of the company, in addition to producing qualitative goods, is the right delivery, without damage to the products and in the fastest possible time. It may be offered by appropriate and necessary packing of the fruit so that it can be delivered without any special conditions of transport in order to avoid any situation where alteration would lead to loss for the customer.
